How
Does it Work?
Forget
traffic.
Forget
wasting time waiting.
Forget
missing appointments because you’re out of town.
Forget
losing your coach because she’s moved.
Forget
having to change out of your pajamas!
COACHING
IS ALL BY PHONE AND EMAIL!
With
the wonders of technology, I’m as close as your phone to your ear
and your eyes to the computer screen.
Step
1
The first step is to email me at coachcarlton@destinationcoaching.com
and set up a free half-hour introductory call. This initial call
will help you discover first hand what coaching is like and if I
am the coach you would be most comfortable working with.
Step
2
At the conclusion of your free, introductory session, the decision
to use Destination Coaching to get you from where you are to where
you want to be is up to you.
Step
3
If you decide to hire me as your coach you will choose one of the
coaching packages that will best suit your needs. Destination Coaching
offers a variety of services for leaders in ministry from one-on-one
to group to combination coaching packages. If you choose a group
or combination-coaching package the group would have a common goal
or be in a common place in ministry. For example, a common goal
might be balancing your ministry with your personal life. A common
place in ministry might be that everyone in the group is X months
or years into a church plant. The group would “meet” at a regular
time by way of a bridge (similar to a conference call) to work together
toward a common destination. For more information on current or
possible groups email me at coachcarlton@destinationcoaching.com
.
Once
you choose a package we will schedule a regular day and time for
you to call, I will email you guidelines and worksheets to complete
prior to our first call, and you (or your administration) will send
me a check for the first month of coaching. From then on it’s a
regular thing!

will be Your Coach?
