Do
You Need a Coach?
Maybe.
Maybe not. Could you benefit from a coach? Probably. For example,
Michael Jordan was a successful basketball player, however Phil
Jackson helped Jordan become incredible. But, as any good coach
would, let me ask you some questions, give you some things to think
about, and let you decide for yourself.
Do
you go to bed at night in perfect peace thinking, “I am EXACTLY
where I want to be in every aspect of my life”? (Yes, some people
DO go to bed thinking this!!)
Are
you happier and more satisfied than you could have ever imagined
in the following areas? Grab a piece of scratch paper and rate your
level of satisfaction on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being completely
satisfied.

of your career
_____Progress toward a career, personal or financial goal
_____Balancing career and family
_____Maintaining a low level of stress
_____Living a healthy life
_____Maximizing your strengths
_____Your spiritual formation
_____Dealing with changes or obstacles

_____Your ability to design an action plan and solve a problem

So
you decide……..The total number of points possible is 130. What is
your total score?……..Is your score as high as you would like it
to be?
