A Little About Me
My name is Sherilyn Carlton. In the process of getting my masters in organization and management I came across this relatively new field called coaching. For me this was the most exciting discovery of my whole graduate program! I received training to be a coach, hired my own coach, and have decided to make a career out of coaching. I have found the process of being coached to be challenging, inspiring and practical. It is an absolutely electrifying tool for taking people from theoretical and hopeful ideas to action and achievement.

As your coach I will not offer a pie-in-the-sky quick fix for instant success. I will expect your best, I will tell you the straight and objective truth about what I hear you saying and doing, I will be here when you are excited or worried or scared, I will challenge you.
